Do you have a minimum order?

No, we don’t require a minimum order for our balloon decorations. 

Will you use balloons purchased somewhere else?

At Loly's Balloon Decorations, we only use professional-quality balloons for every order. This is why we prefer not to inflate balloons purchased somewhere else unless it’s the same brand and quality that we use. We can make an exception if your balloons are custom-printed and provided by yourself.

However, we can’t guarantee the quality and longevity of these balloons. Also, the pricing will be the same

How far in advance should I book a balloon decoration?

We always recommend booking as early as possible to ensure the availability of your chosen decor. We can accommodate last-minute bookings, but it will always depend on availability. We work on many events, so we encourage you to place your orders as far in advance as possible. 

What happens to the balloon decorations after the event?

After your event, we can take care of removing and cleaning your balloon decorations for a small fee. Make sure that you inform us ahead of time if you wish us to provide this service.
